'opzione sostenibile del coltello HVK. L’impugnatura è prodotta in plastica a base biologica e con un design unico siamo anche riusciti a risparmiare materiale per produrla. Tutto sommato, questo riduce l'impatto ambientale. Il manico ha un foro per una cinghia, per consentire di fissare il coltello quando si lavora in altezza. La lama è realizzata in acciaio al carbonio da 2,5 mm temprato a 58-60 HRC. Il coltello è disponibile anche con una custodia in carta per consentire il riutilizzo della custodia standard in plastica e per ridurre ulteriormente l'impronta sul clima. HVK BIO ha la stessa forza e durata degli altri nostri coltelli da artigiano.
